Its just dandy if you are a manager or coordinator....

I'm a full-time employee (markdown lead) who makes barely $200 per week after short term disability and vision care benefits ($4.20 out of my paycheck).

After 18 months on the job, I still have not been offered 401K, although I have asked on numerous occasions.

BTW, key carriers get $1.00 per hour more than us regular peasants, but it never applies to any "associate".

BTW, when no markdown files are open, I get to do the Backroom Coordinators job for $7.55 per hour when she is off. She gets $11.55 an hour for the same responsibilities.

In British Columbia, new Associates start at CAD$8.20 (USD$7.75).

I did just that and "someone would get back to me" or "send me the forms". They never did. Ever.

No disrespect to your response, that is the right thing to do. Just did not work for me.

I have relinquished the postition and went back to part time, so its a moot point now.

This store was a 6.8 Million Dollar Location

Store Manager- $55000
Assistant Store Manager-Merchandising $34500 Keyholder
Assistant Store Manager-Merchandising $34500 Keyholder
Assistant Store Manager-Customer Service/HR $33800 Keyholder

Administrative Coordinator $11.50 Keyholder

We have 2 Customer Service Coordinators at $10.00 hourly
3 Merchandise Coordinator at $10.00 hourly
and 1 Backroom Coordinator at $10.50 hourly

We have about 45 Part-time associates. The store was still actually under-staffed. Depending on the Store Manager it really ranged in Coordinator pay. The reason i say this is because we had another manager that came in after the old manager had been there about 8 years and she started terminating associates and starting coordinators off at $8.00-$8.50 hourly. And thats around when I left to go back to school. Marshalls really need to come up with a better pay structure and a better organized position structure. Its a nice store and concept but they need to put more time into there associates also. These biggers companies are really finding it hard to care about the people that actually work for them

Bonuses????? What are bonuses if you are trying to get a job in the D.C. only the managers get bonuses. Even though you are out there taking all the punishment you can handle.

You need to be with the company for a 1year or 1000 hours and also be 21 years of age or older to participate
