All economical advantages including salary, bonuses and ect. ect. are up to the employee- you have to start in the negotiation of your immediate hire salary and then you must establish your reputation with toll bros as very sharp at what you are there for; also be very sharp at conducting business relationships. Toll Brs. pays very well when you are a godd asset to the company, bring sharpness to the work in the style reflecting best on Toll Bros. and then they will work to keep you; if you outshine your supervisor and you manage that office politic well (testing you) you will be very well rewarded and if not then you won't cross the toll bridge to personal wealth.

It is so true what you come in at. They have people all across the scale doing the same job. If your in the field you can negotiate your vacation, salary and bonuses. Bid high and good luck because the favorite saying in Toll trialers is I tried to get you more but corprate wouldn't let me. ( Hint: if your project manager keeps you low his bonus is higher.)
