They have extremely high standards for their positions. For example, they are looking to hire someone that has 10 years experience as a Vice President in Store Development. There are people out there that have that experience but if they've been a VP for 10 years it's probably with an established retailer and they have great stock options and annuities. Why would they want to leave that to go to a small start-up retail chain??? Perhaps one needs to shoot for the stars in order to get off the ground. I wish them well.
