Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Town Pump?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Town Pump?

Town pump doesn't really have a "culture". You work for a corporation, and you're not seen as an individual or an asset to the company. The only people that mean anything are the ones on Salary. Your family life, or life outside of work must be put completely on hold, or you're not considered a "good employee". It is hard to get anyone motivated to do anything nice with the establishment (even to clean it.) and any issues you may have, must go through corporate to get fixed - and that doesn't happen half the time. I honestly have nothing good to say. The managers and employees are unprofessional, and do not care whether the customer is taken care of the way they should be. If a problem persists it's often forgotten, whether or not it affects the customers or employees. I hope you re-consider taking a job with this company, the pay is OK if you aren't trying to support a family.
