Interview at Toyota Canada Head Office

I have a job interview at Toyota head office in Scarborough and was wondering if anyone had any tips about what I should expect. What keywords are they looking for, what's the atmosphere in the building.

Also I would love any inside information on compensation. The job I'm interviewing for is an onsite trainer for the dealerships. Any idea what the salary ranges are? vacation time? Other benefits: medical, dental, education reimbursement? Is the standard work day 8 or 9 hours?
