I did the physical 'june 16 but havent heard anything from Aerotek or Toyota. My application status still says "currently being reviewed".. but been like that for over two months.

They do that with everyone. I passed all the testing, and did everything correctly even had a onsite interview, but was never hired. They don't really have any jobs because they're automated now. Sorry you had to experience this too. They're doing another scam with college technicians. They claim there's secure employment, and get people to spend around 20k in going to college while working for them then Aerotek, or Toyota fires them after they're nearly complete in their coursework, but then hires the next fresh batch of college freshman. It's a never ending process, and I think they even make false claims on jobs that are available. I think they're lying, and falsely advertising jobs to manipulate people. I've been there twice now, and even the hiring person doing the interview was completely different, but not only that they haven't even worked there for a month.

In my opinion, and experience. You can expect to pass the test because it's easy. You can also expect to not get a job, or get hired for maybe a minimum of 2 weeks (so they can get a tax incentive) 6 months- to maybe a year then get terminated. If you don't get a job they wont tell you why, but I will. They don't really have any jobs because they're probably 99% automated. Sorry you had to experience this. I know most people think when a company gets bailed out for 40 billion they'd hire some people, but sadly that isn't the case.

Hi everyone!
It is off the topic, but I am very interested in TMMTX Skilled Team Member positions. Does anyone know if TMMTX San Antonio, TX sponsors international students with H1B visa?
Thanks in advance. Any related info is highly appreciated.

Has anyone had to do the physical for Toyota? They say it's 4 hours long. What in the world are they doing that it would take that long?

Took physical today and it is 4 hours long!
But that's because so many people are Taking it with you at the same time. So you do allot of setting and waiting for the next step. Also found out just because you do the physical doesn't mean you are hired. The background can take months to finish. Especially if you didn't give proper information or didn't tell the truth. Toyota or Aerotek do not do the background checks. They hire a third party company to do it and there are thousands of people being processed. Which means only the best get in. They process about 80 people every week. If you pass physical, their form of pass, then you move to the next stage. Which is background check. Which is why it takes so long. If your background is easy to check the faster it gets done the sooner you are hired. There is no specific ways they do it. I got my assessment, simulation, interview and physical done in 2 weeks. That was 2 months ago. I have received no letter or email stating I'm in or out. But I was told if you're out the letter comes pretty quick.
Right now San Antonio, Texas is hiring for the Tacoma truck line. But I heard they are having a hard time finding the people they want. Hence, why they turn down so many. So don't give up your other job if you have one and keep looking if you don't have one.
Toyota has a very strange way of doing things but from what I understand they have some really good employees and are very diverse. I also found everyone I was with to be extremely nice and polite. Seemed to be more educated than most factories.
