Why should I use a REALTOR when I can look in the newspaper or drive around to find my own place to rent?

Searching newspapers, Internet ads, or "drive-bys" are certainly ways to find a rental. However, these methods can usually take a long to find the right place...often more time than you have. When you use these methods you will more than likely deal directly with the landlord or listing agent. Neither of these parties has the tenant's best interest at heart. Additionally, newspaper and Internet ads may be outdated.

I work in the best interest of my clients to help them get the best deal on the best property for their situation. I have access to the most up-to-date tools that helps me locate properties that are currently available which meet your specific criteria. Even better, I make all of the phone calls so you don't have to.

Do I pay you for finding a rental property?
I don't charge my clients a fee for my service. I am paid by the owner of the property when I help you find and execute a lease of your property of choice.
