It's very simple. Go to a recruiter and talk with them. There is no "interview" aside from an aptitude test, medical exam and background check. Please, for the sake of the free world DO NOT just join because you think the commercials are cool or your buddy wants to. This is not something to do on a whim, it is not easy.
