It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at U.S. Bank?

Any advice on striking the right note?

The first interview will likely be a group interview with a recruiter and other applicants. They want to see how you interact with others. They'll ask you lots of behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time you had to do something hard. What was it and how did you motivate yourself to do it?" They also ask a lot of questions about your computer experience. Most people will be called back for a second interview though I was asked to stay for the second interview. They ask a few more questions, and in my case had to take mock telephone calls because I was interviewing for a call center. They want to see how you will interact with others and how quickly you learn. They you will interview with the hiring manager and they'll make an offer or not.
