They are pretty cheap, but their pay scale is better than Wells Fargo. If you work in certain departments though, you earn incentives which are directly tied to how hard you work. If you are lazy you'll earn what you work for...nothing. If you work hard, you'll earn what you worked for. I earned more than $1000 in one month through incentives.

Actually US Bank here in California pays way less than Wells Fargo, not to mention that US Bank's benefits will cost you over 500 a month for a married couple. Also thier compensation plan blows, 1000 in a quarter is nothing when I worked for Wells I made well over 5k in a quarter. I would not advise working for these guys, they want to pay you nothing and make you work very hard. This information is for a banker.
