What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does U.S. Bank stack up against the competition? |

I worked at U.S Bank and have also worked at other very large banks. They are by far the cheapest bank in America. Comp plans that move liek the wind. Don't expect a merit increase. Go into a branch and try to find a pot-it note.....we're takling cheap! |

They are going to thrive there have been many changes and many more keep coming, great place to work, great long term benefits. They have just stretched out to the east coast, they are growing, if you talk to anyone who knows. |

I still think it is a grewat company to work for, for many reasons, one being stability. |

Don't do anything for a customer unless you are legally required to, that is the way to stay out of trouble. |
