The organization preaches DO the Dynamic Organization, like they are the originators of the phrase, but the company is far Dynamic.

I believe so many people apply to organization because of the brand, many people see U.S Cellular as being a company of stature.

U.S Cellular seeks the type of people that would be acceptable to pyramids scams, those who can be manipulated; naive and gullible person with no opinion, personality, business experiences or dignity. They NEED these types of individuals to brainwash and mold into DO WHATEVER FOLLOWERS.

I read on the forum a woman who speaks highly of U.S Cellular, she wrote about how she didnt know anyone at the company and how she did pass the initial assessment and still got the job.
My point exactly who cant pass a 6 grade, common sense assessment and if you do pass you better play dumb during training.

If I worked in HR at U.S Cellular my job posting would read:

Wanted
Non-business professional inexperienced brain-dead individual

To represent U.S Cellular and maintain the
DO you must go through a 6 week pledge process at the end you will be initiated and handed a blue jacket.

You must be to work in accordance with an unpredictable, unstable and contradicting management team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Good verbal but low understanding of the real world

Enthusiastic about having a blue jacket and being One Of Us

I'm not sure the blue jacket is accurate...its more like matching Nike sneakers, a black hoodies and a big glass of purple Kool-Aid to drink down! :)
