What does an Inventory Coordinator do (is there a lot of travel? is a company car provided?, etc) and what is the starting pay for such a position? |

i DON'T see an answer to your question, so I will tell you what i know, which isn't much, as inventory control people work for the retail end(I think) they make sure the company owned stores have the phones they need and that they are assigned by esn to the right place. Im sure someone else could tell you more, but thats what little I know |

when I was there, they used an iterview process that was based on the "star" technique - that is.. situation, task, action, result. as in, tell me about a difficult situation you faced, what was your task within that situation, what action did you take and what was the result of the action. I don't know if they use the same technique now, and I know it wasn't called star, but the principle is the same. the belief is that past behavior is a predictor of future actions, according to us cell.

Thanks Jane Doe. From reading the comments in this forum I do expect this to be a drawn out process. Jobs are hard to come by in this part of Maine so I have learned not to expect too much from an interview. Thanks again your information is very helpful. |

Telephone interview went ok, I thought. After the interview I spent two hours filling out some online forms. About two weeks after the telephone interview I received email that said they had moved ahead with other candidates. They did not explain why. |

only 2 hours plus the time of the telephone call.. not too bad. When I was hired in 1999, I don't think I was there for more than an hour, and that included the time filling out the paper application, doing a little role play with someone who eventually became my supervisor and chit chatting with some gal in jeans who turned out to be the center director. All changes are NOT improvements. |
