I have an in-person interview with US cellular (their information technology department). Can anyone please share their interview-experience with me?

P/S I do not care how bad the job is. I am low in cash and experience. After I gain work experience working with them (even if its carrying paper) than I can decide whether or not to keep the job. I just need help in getting the job.

I only know that any interviews for call centers are "performance based", or like the star system of interviewing
S, T, A, R.....Situation, Task, Action, Result.... past performance indicates future behavior. I would imagine the tech side of things uses the same type of interview. This is based on when I was there, things might have changed. I don't know about computer programming, but can tell you the billing system was called "cares" customer aquistion and RE tention system. Not being a techie, I can only tell you it is windows based, and they were always doing patches, whatever those might be. I don't know anything about behind the scenes programming, except what I heard from the programmer who sat next to me to listen to the calls we took to see how what I did related to what he did..He thought WE had to know a lot, go figure!
