My interview was for the Field Representative position. The interview process is O.K. First, I did a mock interview with the recruiter, then the 2nd interview was a stress interview with another recruiter. It turned out to be an OK interview. I really don't interview too well, but this one turned out to be fine. They will check ALL references, that's for sure.
