What do you think - will U.s. Home Systems grow fast? Are they expanding their staff? How does U.s. Home Systems stack up against the competition?

I worked for the Portland office for 3 months. The manager ripped me off 816$ from my last sale. Two others I had worked with said their last checks came up short as well. A lot of lies go on in that office. He had told me about the benefit package and exagerated it a lot. He also lied about a how many leads you would be running and how many are provided by the company. They are a poor representative for HD stores. Good products but too much deceit goes on through the Portland ofice. This office has a revolving door policy, The turnover is very high and they will drive you out just before your benefits kick in. I see their postings about every 3 months and in this economy people are really trying to hang on to good jobs... this is not one of them. I noticed that this managers attitude & characteristics are not limited to him but, directly reflects the attitude of some of the top management in US Home Systems. It is a "whatever it takes" business operation crossing the line of morality and fairness. Get all the promises in writing.. & good luck with that...
