I just attempted to send an online resume for a job entitled: "Customer Service rep. - 72111-078", posted as located in Jamaica, Queens, NY...
The screen asked if i was a H/s Grad, could type at 30 words x min. & asked me to plug in my name, email x 2 and immedietly returned a 'not qualified'!
Well, {expletive deleted!!}, excusssseeee miou!!

Hell, I have a BS degree, 25 years of front line airline experience (including cargo) and I can't even get them to hire me as a shift supervisor. Damn if I know what they're looking for. Maybe a 20 year old with 25 years of experience that will work for .50/hour?

Gregg! lol Yes I hear where you're coming from!
I get the "overqualified" AND "underqualified" excuse from employers.

Maybe they have replaced "nepotism" with "diversity" ??
