Where's my paycheck?

I recently quit UPS and was a Supervisor. My last day was the 15th, which is payday. I've had direct deposit set up since I started and have always received my checks. However, this time there is no check in my account! I can go to the UPS site and it shows my check, but they did not put it into my account for whatever reason.

Has anyone had this happen to them? They won't give me an answer, only a "well, since you have direct deposit, it should be in there. *click*"

Sometimes when you quite a job, the company will send you a real check instead of using direct deposit.
