People did dress in casual clothing when I worked for the company. The typical day is delivering product that the warehouse shorted, taking orders and building relationships and loyalty. It is a relationship and numbers game. I do not think you should spend any money preparing for the job such as online courses, etc...Each company has their own training program and you get paid for it!! Interview well and you can get your foot in the door. No experience necessary....that is how I started. You should try pharma sales if you want to wear a suit and not deliver boxes of food every day.

Be careful who your friends are in this company. They are reverse racist. They don't care about their employees, only the money the make off of them.
