Can anyone tell me how the work environment is in the Colorado Springs office. I have heard for a while now that there office is closing. Can anyone share the benefits and the pay for a claims representative. I know that many of the workers at USAA have actually gone to work at CSAA, a claims center that opened in 2004. Thanks |

The work environment is good for a call center. If you like call centers, you will be ok. If you don't, you won't. Pay and benefits are good. Actually, USAA didn't lose a lot to CSAA and some who left have come back. Good luck, |

Hi Everyone! My Family and I are moving to Colorado Springs in November of 2008. I have my heart set on working for USAA. I hear they have an onsite child care which is perfect for me. Can anyone that works for USAA in Colorado Springs tell me about the quality of their child care programs and also I hear Networking is also a really great way to get a job. Despite all the negative remarks about the working enviornmennt, i believe everyone sees things differently and is always in a different situation. I love being a member for this company and the customer service that I recieve when i call. So please contact me at missjei@gmail.com. Thank you! |

The Colorado Springs office is nice and so is their CDC. They have about 1100 ees (or last I heard). They are a big employer in the city and offer good benefits. Their CDC is for 6 weeks old children up to 6 years and they offer a variety of programs. If you like customer service jobs, you should consider them. You will have to work Saturdays but their hours are better than some of their competitors (no evening work). Good luck. |
