It is a horrible place to work and a call center. I would highly recommend any other insurance company over USAA. Please take the time to review the Whats the culture section to get specifics. Good luck

I worked there for years. Perhaps the worst employer I have EVER had in my life. It's a 21st century sweat-shop. Good luck.
