Can anyone tell me the details on the very first week? The listing says to be available anytime between the hours of 8-4:30. Does this mean the orientation/training will last all day every day or it will be a few hours each day? This is for a call center position. Thank you!

You will work M-F 8-4 or 8-430 for the first 3 months of training most likely.
