Do you work at UniFirst? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Be on your game when you interview. Show them that you're a salesperson who isn't afraid of cold calling. Showcase your accomplishments. Dress nicely and look over their competitor--Cintas

A lot of cold calls that will be tracked and reviewed weekly in a database. This is for sales people. A lot of turnover.

For route reps, have a good driving record and be able to sell additional products. A lot of turnover.

Worked here for a year. Best way to get a job here is be entirely desperate, have a pulse, have limited to no self respect and wear a tie. Crappy place to work on all levels.
