Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I currently work for UA and really love it. You have the freedom of being your own boss and, some of the best management guidence I have ever seen. I found the job on monster or one of the other sites. Submitted my resume and got an interview. Advise for anyone looking to work for the company, go to your interview with a very possitive attitude and a desire to work. Sales people are easy to find, hard workers with great attidudes are not. Hard work and dedication will make you rich with UA. I have been with the company for about 8 months now and last month, which was not anything special, i brought home about $5,500.
