It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at United Rentals?

I interviewed for a position and I was told they are looking for people of color. It was a red flag from the beginning and I felt alienated.

Refute: I have worked for United Rentals for nearly fourteen years. I have not worked in Colorado, but I have worked with them on many occasions. I did know the district manager at the time, and he would not have allowed this to happen. I honestly do not believe any of the managers in Colorado at the time of this post would have said anything like this. It looks like Slander to me.
