Online Application Process

Ok, so I'm sorry if this issue has been covered before but I'm confused about the application process; let me explain. I want to apply part-time to UPS as a seasonal package handler. I live in the Chicago area and there are several hubs here. When I went to UPS jobs to fill out an application, the only hub that was hiring was in Addison. I have no problem working at that location, so I selected it and was prompted to fill out the full application. When I finished the application, I tried to schedule an appointment and was notified that there were no appointments available. I figured that it was because of the shift that I had chosen as my preference (twilight), so I clicked back to the application home screen and happened to look at my location again and I now notice that the location has changed from Addison IL to the Franklin Park hub. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way to fix this if it's not supposed to happen? Thanks in advance for any replies.
