I actually got a telephone interview. The interview will depend on the other person on the other side of the phone-inregards to how knowledgeable they are.

P.S. Once you have submitted your resume-Don't be afraid to call the HR department and ask for the status. I have sent in an internal resume and still have not heard back-HR informed me that "they" the group was swamped with deadlines and had not had the time to review any resumes!
