URS Open Enrollment Question

I have an odd question - when you are doing your open enrollment for URS benefits each year as an employee, do you need to update anything if you want to leave everything the same. For example, I am an employee who started in 2005 and made my elections for health and life insurance - if I have no changes in that in 2006 or 2007, is there anything I need to do, or will it automatically continue unless you specifically make changes? Any help is greatly appreciated.
