I have a question about training, as i know, you will be test the city code and airline code the first day of training. If they give you three-letter city code, do you need to write the State too? or just the city is fine?
how many they usually ask?

Smile....say hello to everyone......everyone.....be bubbly but confident......don't get nervous when speaking in front of the class....they ask you five situational questions......you will do a group activity (they are watching you like a hawk)....it's not about getting the right or wrong answer it's about how well you work with others!! Remember that!!!
