I have a face to face next week. I did a phone interview (took about 30 minutes) yesterday.
I found the job listing on their website (and wow, was the application complex!) and submitted it through that. I got a call the next day. :-) Granted, this is for the call center... but I hope, if I can get a foot in the door, I can eventually transfer to gate agent or FA!
