How does US Bank stack up against the competition?

I had an interview for this position on last Thursday. This was the most unprofessional interview that I ever had. The HR person (if you can call him that) was very short and right to the point. Not really informative and seemed unorganized. Whe we got to his office he took like ten minuted before he asked me any questions. On top of this, they don't want to pay anything for experience. A lousy $12.00 an hour, for someone who has 8+ years of directly related experience. This position is a definate NO!!! for me.
