The company they use to conduct their background check sent me a fingerprint card that needs to be completed and returned. Is this standard operating procedure? To me, this seems a bit excessive for a job with an insurance company. For others who have been through the hiring process, is this normal??

I did not have them submit a card for fingerprints. I do however have my fingerprints on file since I have my insurance license. If you are applying for a job that requires an insurance license then I could see why they would need them. |
