I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Human Resources and have been assigned a paper addressing the benefit program and company culture of a company I currently work for. I am unemployed, so I have decided to use USAA as I worked there from 97-2000. I can look up all the benefits they offer online, however, I wanted to know if anyone can give me their comments on how well the benefit program aligns with their business objectives, culture, vision and mission. Additionally, can someone tell me anything more specific about the benefits offered than what appears on their website? Do they still offer everyone a set amount of $$ to go toward benefits and you select the options you want. If you go with a PPO, for instance, for you and your family, approx how much out of pocket goes toward benefits? Thank you!!!!
