I am a 18 year employee that was laid off in 2004. I am updating my resume and need to know what I should list as a phone number for USAA. If I recall, it is an automated verification number (you could never call HR directly).

Does anyone have that number??

I obtained the information you were looking for. A prospective employer can log into: www.theworknumber.com. You should try it yourself so that you are aware what other info. you should provide them. The website also includes a toll free number for automated employment verifications. Neither option is simple.

I just opened this account and cannot use my password to gain access. I am trying to apply for a position that was posted 2 days ago. Your immediate responce would be appreciated. I follow the prompts for a new password but no responce is being sent to my email address. I really do not want to change my password. What do I do?
