Has anyone taken advantage of the legal assistance "benefit" for any reason other than arbitration? Has anyone used the "Arbitration" program? If so, for what purpose and to what end? |

Per a Dialog rep, anything that falls under ERISA doesn't fall under Dialog. In other words, they won't give you the benefit of legal assistance nor arbitration when it comes to getting caught taking someone's retirement benefits. Nope. You have to pursue it with your own attorney and isn't it convenient when you don't have the money to do that? Guess you'll just have to roll over and play dead...or at least that's what they're hoping! |
