Has anyone taken advantage of the legal assistance "benefit" for any reason other than arbitration? Has anyone used the "Arbitration" program? If so, for what purpose and to what end?

Consider me dense...

Does this mean someone has used the program successfully? I didn't think it started until late 2006 and the first link is for something from 2003...

What a hero Williams is! Is she still there? Kudos for her bravery and good heart! Draude sounds like a real load of crap.

Per a Dialog rep, anything that falls under ERISA doesn't fall under Dialog. In other words, they won't give you the benefit of legal assistance nor arbitration when it comes to getting caught taking someone's retirement benefits. Nope. You have to pursue it with your own attorney and isn't it convenient when you don't have the money to do that? Guess you'll just have to roll over and play dead...or at least that's what they're hoping!
