USAA Norfolk VA office - working conditions?

How is the Norfolk office, particuarly for adjusters? Is there alot of attrition? Are there lay-offs? Can you get time off for vacation & holidays?...etc.

I realize no one else has responded, but I hope you've seen the news. The office is closing by September of this year. I doubt they'll be hiring anyone between now and then.
