They expand their staff all the time.They don't necessarily have a plan for where and when these people will work though ! The weaker workers tend to be run off pretty quick.The staff dynamics are high pressure and slacking is not tolerated in a friendly,patient manner.You had better be knowledgeable,dependable,helpful and easy to get along with or you will not be happy trying to survive.
Pay is less,work is harder in many ways and forget about any kind of recognition as you watch the same people get Employee of the Month over and over while others have to find satisfaction within just to not receive negative attention.
Funny fact :The current Employee of the Month is not a Vanguard employee and is also a supervisor ! I like the guy understand,but I find that to seem like a double insult to the rest of us and one more example of rules and policies that change to suit the mood of the day !
