CSR position

Just got an email today from HR asking to set up a phone interview so I called the HR person right away only to get her voicemail. So hopefully I hear back tomorrow. My question is can I still get the job with a recent DUI my first one and have a clean history also I was wondering if I do make through the hoops and get a face to face I have tattoos and my ear lobes are stretched out with plugs not groose huge but pretty big like nickel size is that going to be a problem ? I have nice black ones that are solid or should I take them out and let them shrink up a liitle ? Any advice would help I know my earrings were not an issue when I worked for ATT corporate

Passed my assessment today and had my face to face interview everything seemed to go well in the interview but at the end she said I will be hearing from someone soon to set up another interview with a manager. Little worried cuz I hear they set dates for the next step if you passed.
