I just applied to the call center and my main concern is pay and hours. I'm used to ending up working a little over my shift every day, which I never mind doing.
I have almost four years with Verizon Wireless. Does this matter with seniority or do I start over for that?
Does the pay stay the same (keeping in mind, I'm customer service, not sales)?
If I end up taming the bus frequently because my husband and I have only one car, will they be able to work with my schedule? Is it a set schedule?
