how many interviews are taken for engineering jobs at vzw? i had interview with supervisor, supervisor's supervisor, and 3rd with HR. what happens next?

can you provide details on procedure after technical face to face interview and before job is offered through email/mail assuming candidate is doing well among all other and is being hired?
