2nd Interview with Verizon

Hi all,

I have a 2nd interview with verizon at the main office. The position I applied for is a customer service position in the retail store.

The 1st interview was extensive and on the phone with HR. I then recieved a direct call from the manager of the store I would be working in who scheduled a 2nd interview at their main office.

My question is: what can I expect during the 2nd interview process? how can I be better prepared? types of questions/ scenario? who will be in the interview besides the manager of the store?

Please respond if you have been through the interview process and are currently working/ or left without consequence for Verizon. I really want this job and need advice from those that made it through :)
