It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Verizon? Any advice on striking the right note? |

I retired from Vz. all of your responses should be customer focused, doing the right thing and working as a team player within the environment. Situational questions as what would you do when something occurs should try to blend in the thought process of the above statements. You should have a "sales" type of attitude and sell yourself. |
