I would just like to know from a person who has worked for a Verizon call center - this position would be like a workforce analyst I believe. What would be the going rate for this type of position - I am only assuming it will be hourly due to it being a contract position. How often does Verizon hire their contractors as employees? What do you think are the pros and cons to working in the Verizon call center - I will be at the one in Irving, TX. It is a far drive, but haven't found anything close to Carrollton as far as an offer goes.
