It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc.?

Any advice on striking the right note?

The interview seemed like it was going favorably. The usual banter back and forth, etc.Their building is new and beautiful. I was scheduled to speak with the HR rep first, then three other managers. I spoke with the HR rep first, she explained the job to me and I made it clear it sounded great to me and I was very interested. They did let me know that were continuing to interview and they would let me know either way the week after Thanksgiving. Then I spoke with the first manager. We spoke for a few minutes, then she went to get one of the other managers, came back after 2 minutes and said they were all going into an "emergency meeting" with the Switzerland office(where it was 9pm in that time zone) and my interview would have to rescheduled. I was then quickly escorted out of the building. I waited a few days, then I got an email saying I was no longer under consideration. So, I drove there-about 20 miles each way in very bad weather, and 2 managers could not even be bothered to interview me when I got there, as it had been arranged. If this how they treat people, I would not want to work there.
