I went to interview with this company a few months ago and they ended getting me a position. The problem was that not one single person at VOLT could explain the terms of their contract. They had NO idea what they were trying to make me sign, which is pretty concerning when you are talking about your career. In addition, my "agent" was awful. She was by far the worst conversationalist I have ever worked with, and she was considered to be a "Senior Recruiter". It was a horrible experience and I did not end up taking the job. They also take a huge cut of your salary and refuse to answer when you ask what Microsoft/Gates Foundation is paying them for your time. They simply will not respond. My advice would be to think twice before signing anything with this company. Who knows that they will try to pull on you.
