Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Volt Services? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Volt Services? |

Since Volt is a multi-location organization, the office environment is dependant on the local leadership's style and direction. Most offices are business casual with professional dress required for specific customer situations. Some locations have designated casual days.

Jon in Huntington Beach, California said: If you're over 55 years don't bother going over there. They discriminate and waste your time and your expenses. You don't know what you're talking about, Jon. I've been with Volt for over seven years and can tell you that that your comment is unfair and untrue. The president who just resigned is over eighty. My manager is over sixty. If you feel you've been discriminated against, you may want to check your resume. No offense. |

You're absolutely correct. Was with them for 11 years. Higher ups are safe if they're older. Forget it if you're not management. |
