It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Volt?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Their first question is usually a salary history one. For example they sometimes ask outright "How much were you making at your last job?" That question should not be relevant because the job you are interviewing for might be vastly different from your old job.

Another question they love to ask is "Where have you been applying?" Never, and I repeat, NEVER tell them exactly where you applied. It just gives them sales leads and Volt will just end up sending candidates other than you over there. Just be vague about it.

Hope this helps.

Answer questions as you would in any interview situation, with the added advantage that there may be more than one opportunity for you. So, speak to your true career goals. Be prepared to answer honestly, giving brief examples to back up what you say.
