I may be looking to switch to a retail position and I have an in with Wachovia down in NC, but I have not discussed salary and commissions with him yet. Was curious as to what they start at.

I have written a few loans for a Mortgage Consultant with Wachovia. In 2005 this employee made about 110k and 160k in 2007.
