Let me know if you did not receive it and I will try to get it to you. I just don't want this person to get the ax because she helped us. I also talked to an FS in Fl who said they too were told to do this. He did not get fired, but was told to do the same thing and never told not to.

I wanted to let everyone know that there were a whole lot of financial specialist terminated in the state of GA. There are a couple of us that are working with one another to get through this. What is important now is that we all stick together and pray for one another. We were all told by sales leaders, ready talent coordinator and other upper management to open CROWN accounts. Wachovia wants us to believe that terminating us was legal but we all know that it was not. We have to keep in mind that it's not about the summary of accounts and services or profiles but it's strictly about what we were told to do. Listen everyone, we have to get this to the media. We have to let churches, communities and customers know what Wachovia is about. Does anyone have the names of the employees who were put on probation? I would like for everyone to visit the Chambers' website and see how they have received support from the public. The website is Wachovialied.com. Please read their story and see how many people have responded. This should be some inspiration for everyone. They went to court on last Thursday and was able to get a jury to hear their case. The bottom line is that we have to hold our heads up and fight. What Wachovia did to us will in the end bless us. We have to belive this and if we all start calling the radio stations and news stations in every state, someone will soon want to hear our story. I am well on my way to commuicating this to EVERYONE!! Nobody can get lazy, its real easy to get another job, feel comfortable and let this slip by, I think it will be well worth our time, effort and most importantly our DIGNITY. hello guys I have a friend in similar situation. He will be interested in class action law suit.

He was high performing employee with crown fiasco. Altanta did investigation and found no evidence of leaders or trainer saying that they should lead of with Crown account, therefore, he was fired.

Another question...

It was pushed by my Wachovia At Work person to, who said it was pushed from a top level.
I don't care if leaders said they didn't know.. I have fs's who will raise their right hand in court and swear they did.. These FS's are still employed.

I also feel that it would be right to get a copy of the report. How wrong to accuse without giving us a copy of the audit.

I was also fired then put on admin leave for 10 days and then fired top performer in market always got best reviews kudos for being sooooooo ethical and then getting fired for "unethical" reasons

Regarding this Crown account firing, I think we all should collective get:-
1. Official investigation report that clears all other employees but the fired ones. Study their investigation approach. They never contacted me, the prime victim, for what ever reason.
2. Copy of company ethical rule book from HR.
3. Lay firing officer personally liable for interpretation of these rules and its application only in last year. There is such a thing as "Precedents". No supervisors ever raised any objection or issued any warnings what so ever to any Fs's and if they did then HR must provide those copies. In my case, my supervisor never mentioned anything about it.
4. How come no training was given in ethical issue specifically about Crown accounts if they can fire so many employees without warnings? Obtain training booklets if any regarding this issue.

Let’s gather all these information and share among us.

first let me take my hats off to everyone that has been affected by the unfair , unlawful acts of WB, SO LETS US TAKE THIS ENERGY OF DISGUSTED, PISSED OFF, COME TOGETHER IN NUMBERS AND FIGHT, WE HAVE A GOOD CASE AS LONG AS WE COME IN NUMBERS, SOME OF US WERE FIRED THEN CALLED BACK AND PUT ON PROBATION, WHILE SOME WERE JUST PUT ON PROBATION, AND SOME WERE TOLD THE SAME THING AND STILL EMPLOYED, WELL THAT IS OBVIOUSLY THE BIG D WORD , SO WE SHOULD ALSO CONTACT EEOC, GET THYE WORD OUT CALL THE NEWSPAPERS, RADIO, TV WHO EVER TO GET THE WORD OUT, WACHOVIA HAS GOT TO STOP THIS FOOLISHNESS

i was fired also and put on admin for 10 just curious as to what will happen after that. you are right we have to be strong in numbers and we will make a difference with all the noise, i don't think they ever anticipated this

Listen everyone, it is not safe for anyone to give their real names. We all know that there are individuals on this site that are trying to find out who we are. What each of us need to do is to get any ex and existing Wachovia employees who know anything about what leaders told us to do or will be willing to testify on our behalf. I have already contacted the ones that I know that will help out. Even if you know someone and they are not willing to, they can always be subpoena. Even sale leaders and ready talent coordinators can be subpoena. I have spoken to my friends. One is an attorney and the other one is a HR Director. The best advice from them is to make sure that everyone have written statements and information on anyone who can be a witness or have any information. When I told them about this situation, they both agreed that Wachovia did not investigate this in the beginning. We must remember that it does not matter what leaders or any upper managers say, they will have to tell the truth in a court of law. The first thing that we have to do is PLEASE find out who those employees are that were just put on probation. Does anyone have names? Now it doesn't matter whose on here viewing this, we need the names of the employees who were put on probation. We need their names and the reason why they were only put on probation. Do you all know that some employees who were terminated, did not receive any incentive pay? If you are in the same state and know one another then please get together and start contacting the media. We have to start in each state first. A couple of us have gotten together here in the state of Georgia. There are ways to talk to the media without anyone knowing it. Please go through the yellow pages and find out the telephones numbers to any television and radio stations and newspapers and call and just let them know what happend with Wachovia. They will talk with you. Once you speak with someone then come back and post it.

Good morning everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I spoke with an attorney today who has actually dealt with Wachovia before. I told him about the situation. I read the specific details of why I was terminated, read the summary of services, and also directed him to this website. He stated that this situation was not handled right. He said that we need to wait until tomorrow to see what happens. How many of you signed your termination documentation? Who was called back and put on administrative leave? Was anyone not called back? Does anyone have the names of the employees put on probation. The attorney stated that it is critical for us to have the names. I hope that everyone has started contacting the media. Fox 5 #'s are 4048755555 or 4048980242. Channel 2 # is 4048977000. Channel 46 # is 4043254646. AJC # is 4042210041 and email is pcp@ajc.com. By-the-way, Hazel Brown is one of us, she was also terminated and put on admin leave.

I think the law basically says that you can be fired for whatever reason except you cannot be discriminated agaist. Which in essence means that if someone was fired and someone else was just given probation that is discrimination. Any thoughts??

I was put on Admin leave for the same thing and another friend and fellow fs was fired and another was fired then called back and then put on admin leave. What is wrong with Wachovia? I didn't know it was wrong either. I did what the boss said too.

Is there anyway that we can have the name of the person put on probation. It is critical that we have the name and reason for he/she not being terminated. The attorney will need the name if we want to do anything about what Wachovia has done to us. Thanks. The people who were terminated and not called back, did they sign their termination documentation. Have you all gotten an attorney or started contacting the media?
