Any Wachovia LO's use the Sales Support Call Center?

Are there any LO that are using any kind of Underwriting Help Desk for pricing and products. If so, can you elaborate on what your treatment or service has been. Can you also list the types of questions that are being submitted and what was the outcome. Are they helpful? What types of things have they helped with. Specifically, was it pricing issues/product guidelines. Especially for those that were with World and are getting familiar with Wachovias products. NEED FEEDBACK PLEASE>>>>>

ALSO, Please give me any information you may have as to how competitive Wachovia is compared to your competition and what products are your best sellers. WANT TO HEAR FROM ALL ORIGINATORS as I am taking a job with Wachovia and I want to know what to REALLY expect. Thanks to all.
